Back: Chapter Two
On the way back to town Alyssa had to stop for a call of nature.
Ducking behind a bush, she glared down at the black armor snugly covering her privates in dismay.
“Gods death”, she muttered.
This was going to be miserably messy.
But there was no choice, she was full to bursting.
Her pee sailed through the armor as if it wasn’t there.
Every last drop repulsed, the armor left as shiny and clean as ever.
“Gods death!” Alyssa exclaimed.
She grabbed a large rock and banged it against her crotch, hard.
BANG!
Her arm stung as if she had just hit a steel door.
Beneath the armor she felt… nothing.
Nothing at all.
No pressure, no vibration, nothing.
“You OK boss?” called out one her fighters from the other side of the bush.
Alyssa came stomping around, buckling her belt. “Let’s pick up the pace!” she shouted.
She rushed in to see Miralbia, a powerful mage who had a workshop outside of town, located at a confluence of ley lines.
“Hmm,” said Miralbia, inspecting the armor while politely ignoring the fact that she was doing so while staring at Alyssa’s crotch, “I’ll cast the spell if you want, but I’ll tell you, in my professional opinion I don’t think it’s going to work. I’ve never seen anything so powerful.”
“Cast the spell,” said Alyssa.
“Well, payment in advance,” Miralbia replied.
The spell circle formed around Alyssa standing on the stone floor of the workshop.
Energy pulsed around her, forming a sphere.
The energy surged and the sphere glowed with a vibrating hum. Alyssa’s hair crackled and stood on end. Her skin prickled like a thousand ants crawling over her. The energy pulsed higher, the sphere brightening, the hum rattling her bones. Her clothes whipped back and forth as if they were in a strong wind.
The spell reached a crescendo… and nothing happened. The armor was unchanged.
Alyssa made an upwards gesture to Miralbia standing outside the spell circle, indicating she wanted Miralbia to give the spell more power.
Miralbia tilted her head, asking are you sure?
Alyssa gestured more emphatically, yes.
Miralbia raised her arms and with a shout of power opened the floodgates.
The sphere became blinding, the hum deafening, Alyssa was pulled upwards to hover in the air, her clothes unraveling thread by thread. Pain surged through her like the ants were now eating her alive. Energy crackled across the sphere.
After an eternity the sphere collapsed as the spell ended, Alyssa falling naked to the floor. The armor was untouched.
Wearing her spare set of clothes, Alyssa banged in to see Marwell.
“Wow! That’s amazing”, he said, staring at the armor incredulously, seemingly oblivious that he was staring at Alyssa’s crotch at the same same. “Actual, real Desire Armor! Incredible!”
“Yes, great,” said Alyssa, ”But how do I get it off?”
Marwell’s face scrunched up in thought. “I don’t think it’s designed to come off. That was kind of the point, infallible control.”
Seeing her look of horror he hurriedly continued, “But I don’t think it’s going to harm you. It provided unconditional protection, after all.”
He grinned. “Look at the bright side! Now you have an invulnerable crotch! If you can get monsters to only attack your crotch, you’ll be invincible!”
Alyssa threw one of his books at him. Hard.
“OW!” said Marwell.
Alyssa returned to the crypt looking for clues, alone because she didn’t want anyone else to risk getting a similar affliction.
The door to the chamber had been forced open from the inside. The sarcophagus was empty. The room was bare. There was nothing.
